Our journey begins in the Southern Forests — a picturesque corner of Australia where tall trees stand alongside well-kept farms. This region is one of the country's great food bowls, and it is here that one of the largest avocado harvests takes place. The cool climate and fertile soil create the perfect conditions for avocados to be rich in nutrients and flavor.

A Second Chance for Imperfect Fruit
Not all avocados make it to market. Many are rejected for their size or shape: too big, too small, or simply with “character.” Yet their taste and nutritional value remain unchanged. Instead of wasting this harvest, we decided to give these fruits a new life.
This is how our project began — turning these avocados into cold-pressed oil.
Cold Pressing: The Art of Care
Production begins with careful preparation: we use only fresh avocados harvested at peak ripeness. The fruits are then pressed at low temperatures — a process that preserves maximum nutrients, resulting in oil that is rich and pure. Our oil — Extra Virgin Avocado Oil — meets strict quality and purity standards. We pay attention to every detail to ensure consistently high results.
